Younity's vision is to bring these and other youth-centered programs to Central Oregon and beyond.

01. The Problem:

Too often anti-bullying efforts are limited to reactionary punishment after damage is done.  School communities need a proactive approach that empowers both youth and adults.

02. The Challenge

In order to flourish in life, youth need:

  • Coping skills and tools to deal with emotions and social situation
  • Resources to help them overcome difficult times
  • The ability to identify strengths
  • And to feel empowered to use their vioce and make changes in their community

03. Our Solution

Younity's proactive bully prevention effortsfocus on identifying the underlying causes of violent and destructive behavior while empowering both youth and adults to make a difference in their own communities.

  • Students, school staff and parrents are educated about the current realities of bullying and methods to counteract bullying before it begins.
  • Through programs such as Younity Inspiration Day and Challenge Day, students are put in control of the conversation. Each program serves as the catalyst to compassionate interaction between individuals.

Younity is a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to the development of strong Bully-Prevention services through youth, adult, and community empowerment.

Younity believes that the power of bringing people together is the most effective way to recognize, respond to, and reduce bullying in our communities.

We fund, support, and conduct workshops that teach people how to effectively respond to bullying, help them discover their own self power, become more aware of their actions, and develop more compassion in the way they treat others.
